General Suggestions:

If a student is ill, he should stay home and not attend his lesson.
As someone who is self-employed, I cannot afford to miss work due to illness caused by exposure to contagious students.
If a student becomes ill and cannot make a lesson, please call and notify the teacher as soon as possible so studio "dead" time can be minimized and other make-ups can be scheduled.
Unfortunately, without 24 hours notice, the student will not receive credit for a missed lesson due to illness.
If the student is ill the day tuition is due, please make arrangements to pay the tuition as outlined in the payment policy.
Students should wash their hands before attending a lesson.
